I’ve been seeing Serg regularly because he has helped me with the physical toll of weight training as well as the mental toll of running my own business.

I always leave feeling happy and limber, and the cumulative improvements to my training recovery has also become very obvious. I find myself needing fewer rest days, and some long standing pain in my ribs which had prevented me from certain lat exercises has completely gone now, as well as noticeable improvements to ongoing gluteal / SI issues. Serg also gives really good advice on home stretches and pain management so I don't need to see him as often. He has a lot of integrity and I've never felt pressured to rebook or review unlike most commercial clinics I've been to (which are often more expensive and never as lovely and calming).

Excellent massage as usual. Serg has a special unique style that I can't find anywhere else, blissful sports massage is the best way to describe it. He always treats my issues first and foremost but the whole experience is so relaxing it also feels like a mini vacation. Best in Sydney and still the only masseuse I will do 2hrs with. Thanks bud!

From the moment I arrived, I felt instantly at ease. The atmosphere is so calm and warm, and Serg made me feel at home instantly. Every aspect of the massage was excellent, I could literally feel my muscles melting in his hands. I had a huge knot in my shoulder that had been annoying me for weeks and it's completely gone now. Serg spent extra time to make sure it was fixed before moving on and despite how deep he went it wasn't excruciating like some other remedial massages I've had. 10/10 experience, definitely will be booking in again soon.
